ORDERING SYSTEM

You may begin building an order at any time by selecting to order a product,
you will need to sign in but we do not ask for any personal details until you choose to
submit an order for processing.
Thai Craft Warehouse has no minimum order requirement and we welcome retails sales,
however some individual products will have minimum purchase requirements.
Once you have begun adding items to your order you may click Order Details in the title bar to view and edit your
order, you may add or remove product, alter your delivery country, and change the shipping and payment
options. To update values click the
Recalculate Values button, once you are satisfied with the order you may enter your
delivery details and click the Submit Order button, the details will then be sent to us and
we will process the order and email you payment and dispatch confirmation.
The Thai Craft Warehouse website manages an order history for each user, it is a good way for you to build up multiple
quotes and review a history of your submitted orders. To view this history select the Order History link in the title bar (only
available after signing in), from this page you may
archive your currently active order which moves it to your history and clears the active order. You may also set an archived order to being active, only one
order can be viewed, edited, and active at one time, so switch between them from the Order History page.

PRICING
Including Lead Times, Minimum Quantities, and Commission Fees

We serve clients of all sizes, from people wishing to buy a single pair of pants
to large wholesale purchasers, the pricing on our website has been designed to support
orders of all sizes and reflect the supply of products we offer.
Most products in our catalog have a price which adjusts according to the size of your order,
the larger your order the lower the price. When calculating the price for each item the order size refers to the
total quantity of all items in your order combined.
The lead time on an order is the amount of time it will take us to commission
an order prior to shipment, so if your order has a lead time you must add this to the shipping
time to calculate how long before you will receive your order.
Many items have a minimum order quantity, this minimum quantity applies only if you purchase more than what we have
readily available in stock. The minimum order quantity has been designed for wholesale clients
who wish to have items commissioned in larger quantities and pay the lower wholesale pricing.
It is possible to commission smaller quantities but a commission fee of $25 will be added to your order
(per item you have asked to be commissioned) to cover the additional cost involved in
commissioning small quantities.
It is possible to limit our product listings to only show product that is readily available
to ship (has no minimum order quantity or commission fee when purchasing small quantities). To do this check the appropriate box
in the filter section below our product lists.

FILTER STRINGS AND ATTRIBUTES

When viewing lists of products on Thai Craft Warehouse you may filter the results by Product name, Product id, or Price
by using any combination of the following:
; means AND, eg 'thai;craft' means thai AND craft.
: means OR, eg 'thai:craft' means thai OR craft.
>, <, >=, <= means greater than or less than for numeric values.
! means NOT, eg 'thai;!craft' means thai AND NOT craft.
Attributes are an exclusive filter available in many categories, if you uncheck an attribute then all records that include
that attribute will be removed from your results. For example if you uncheck both Long Sleeve and Short Sleeve in the
Mens Shirts category no results will be shown regardless of what other attributes are checked, because all shirts have
either the Long Sleeve or Short Sleeve attribute.

SHIPPING METHODS

| Airmail
Approximate shipping time of 1-3 weeks. Basic
international airmail service, this service is not traceable and is
uninsured with no guaranteed delivery time. Airmail is the most common
service used on small orders and very rarely has any trouble.
EMS Courier
Approximate shipping time of 5-9 days. Postal courier option which is often
cheaper than commercial couriers to some destinations. Includes limited insurance cover, a
tracking number will be supplied however online tracking is not available during the shipments time in Thailand and
is also not available in some countries. This service is normally delivered by your local postal service.
Suitable for urgent small to medium sized orders.
UPS Courier
Approximate shipping time of 5-9 days. Commercial courier
that can become more cost effective as an order grows in size. Includes limited insurance cover, a tracking number
will be supplied and can be tracked online during transit to all countries. Some delivery areas have an
extended area surcharge which increases the shipping cost. Contiguous USA does not have any surcharge.

Suitable for urgent orders of all sizes. Some items such as balm and health powders cannot be shipped by this service.
FedEx Courier
Approximate shipping time of 5-9 days. Commercial courier
that can become more cost effective as an order grows in size. Includes limited insurance cover, a tracking number
will be supplied and can be tracked online during transit to all countries. Some delivery areas have an
out of delivery area surcharge which increases the shipping cost.
Suitable for urgent orders of all sizes. Some items such as balm and health powders cannot be shipped by this service.
Economy Air
Approximate shipping time of 3-6 weeks. A slower
low priority airmail, not traceable and is uninsured with no guaranteed delivery time.
Sea Mail
Approximate shipping time of 2-4 months. A very inefficient and slow
postal shipping option. Suitable for small to medium size orders where keeping the costs down
is more important than delivery time. This service is not traceable and is
uninsured with no guaranteed delivery time.
Sea Freight
Approximate shipping time of 1-2 months. The most common shipping method for
large wholesale orders, this service delivers to port, customs clearance and fees are the responsibility of the
the buyer. No online tracking is available but overdue parcels can be followed up through the shipping company.

over $150 (inc shipping) paid for using Paypal must use a traceable courier service. Orders

Western Union www.bidpay.com offers an online service to create international money orders from credit card payments.
Money Order
International Money Orders and Bank Cheques are accepted however this is a slow method, we must wait for the payment to arrive and
clear before shipping your order, this can take up to 6 months.
Bank Transfers
International Transfers are accepted, an expensive but secure option, suitable for large orders.
Western Union Money Transfers
An effective way to send money instantly internationally.
Moneybookers
www.moneybookers.com online payments available internationally but most suitable for Europeans.
Mailed Cash
Cash sent by mail is accepted, however the risk of mail loss is solely the responsibility of the buyer.
Bank Deposit AU
Customers in Australia may make payments by direct deposit into an Australian ANZ bank account.

Customers in New Zealand may make payments by direct deposit into a New Zealand Westpac bank account.
